Greg suggested a price that he thought we would receive which was higher than we expected and therefore we rejected a previous offer. He also suggested a marketing plan which was different from what we had used in previous sales. The result was a much shorter time on the market and an excellent sale price. The marketing method was very cost effective both in advertising and presentation. The communication to us was regular and well imformed providing us with all the information required to keep us at ease during the sale period. As we were not selling with vacant possession Greg worked well with the occupants to keep interruptions to a minimum. During the preparation and planning process he provided details of tradesmen who were able to come at short notice to do the certificates/information required such as building checks, electrical checks and smoke detector certificates.

Lisa is professional and friendly agent who is very knowledgable about her areas. Not once did she have any issues explaining to me the process of buying my first home, or assisting me even after settlement was finished. Lisa was also very responsive and proactive to meet my requests and organise items to be rectified prior to transfer. I also found Lisa to be very friendly just in general - having visited many property viewings prior, there are certainly some agents who you could tell did not share an interest in the potential buyers, nor the properties they were even selling. This was not the case with my experience. I had a great buying experience with my first home and would happily do business with Lisa again!
