Zvon is passionate about real estate, knowledgeable, a good communicator and a caring human. Selling my mother’s home who was going into a nursing home was made much easier by Zvon’s diligent, fast moving and house market experience. Thank you Zvon & Rose.

I initially contacted 3 realestate agents. I chose Gus because of his honesty and no nonsense approach to the entire process. Selling your family home of 30+ years can be a daunting experience. Gus made us feel comfortable with every aspect of the sale. We achieved a price we were happy with and our home has gone to another family.

Gus was an excellent real-estate agent who really helped us through a tough situation. He was very understanding and supportive despite some difficult problems. I would 100% recommend Gus if you want someone who is going to try and fight for you. Although it was the first home buyers experience we wanted, it was made a lot better with Gus - thank you!

Trying to sell a property remotely is always a challenge. Having Tom from the Agency as our agent was a blessing as Tom not only provided sage advice, coordinated the styling, photography and marketing. Tom and his team attended to issues relating to the property, kept a tight schedule and were excellent in thier communication through the entire sale process. I highly recommend them.

Janey did an amazing job throughout our sale experience. She was always available to answer questions, she gave clear explanations around the whole process, which made it all a breeze. After multiple offers, she negotiated with the buyers and exceeded my expectations with the final offer. We are extremely happy!

This is the 2nd time we have used Matt - buy side and more recently sell side. He was great to deal with. Super transparent and realistic. Great communications and frequency. Gracious enough to share his network of contacts for trades. Also, just great person to work with.

It's now a difficult time for buyers, but Leanne's professionism, open communication and integrity made our purchasing process smooth and happy. We are excited to purchase the property as first home buyers and Leanne's promptly updates and professional supports gave us confidence. Thank you Leanne.

Lisa Barham is very professional, and she has extensive expertise of the local area. She provided a realistic appraisal, clearly articulated her proposed sales strategy to deal with a difficult tenant in-situ, and worked around obstacles with apparent ease. And all the time keeping me up to date on progress. Lisa produced a very satisfactory outcome for the sale and was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Lisa and would certainly engage her for my next sale.
