Please be careful dealing with her. 1. Doesn't present written offers to sellers. Misleading. 2. Aggressive towards clients. 3. Making dramas to demotivate you to put in an offer. Our written offer was not presented to the sellers and the sellers refused our offer. We get in touch with sellers via social media. Then got to know she never presented our offer to sellers. Our offer was the highest, then sellers accepted our offer, and then we reported her to the building commission and ACCC. --asked for CoS, Mae 24/10/23
