When I was looking to buy a house in the Padbury area I went to Jarrod to ask his advice and if he knew of anything that may suit me because of his wealth of knowledge and experience. Sure enough he came up with several properties for me to look at but said that he may have something else that was possibly coming up. The first properties were not quite right for me. I am so glad I waited for the new property come to market as I ended up getting exactly what I wanted. It did take some negotiation on Jarrod's part but he is excellent with his communication and the deal went through. I am very happy with the property and the fact that I didn't get fobbed off with something that I didn't want which I guess is down to Jarrod's professionalism and wanting that customer satisfaction.
