Right from our first contact with Adam and his team we were impressed with his professionalism, market & area knowledge and advice on what we might expect during our selling process. The "Google" search and local area advertising were correct in the rating of Adam for the Nollamara area. His advice on the likely market/buyer profile was spot on, but even he was impressed by the interest on that 1st and only home open on a wet, cold winters' afternoon. He was firm with the likely pool of buyers as the house was being sold "as is" and we were working on behalf of our ailing Father. To have 8 offers inside the 24 hours was excellent. The following process of signing, acceptance, finance and settlement all went smoothly.
