Jarrod sold my unit within 48-hours of listing and prior to the first home open. Jarrod used potential buyers who had missed out on other units he had sold, to sell this unit once my Tenant vacated. He planned a marketing strategy and uploaded to www with intention to have home open. The unit was sold abve expected sale price with the home open cancelled. Jarrod is at the top of his game and a Selling Agent who has been in the industry for 20+ years, experienceing a number of real estate cycles (both good and bad). For this reason, he sells with a wealth of knowledge and network new Selling Agents (with limited exposure and only good time experience) simply do not have. I wouldn't sell with anyone else.

Jarrod sold my unit for above expections within 4-days of listing and after the first home open. The unit was uploaded to www on a Thursday / home open on a Saturday and sold on Monday. Jarrod used a concentrated home open timeframe of 45 minutes to create an atmosphere of urgency which saw multiple offers generated on the Monday. He was very effecient to arrange marketing in the week after my Tenant's vacated and kept me fully informed throughout the process. Jarrod, with his wider Team, made the selling experience easy and given the sale price was above expectations, a very enjoyable experience.
