After having chats with about 4 different real estate agencies I was struggling to find someone I felt comfortable with and someone that would keep me in the loop with feedback good or bad. Plus naturally I wanted to achieve the best possible price for my house. When I met Shane I felt he understood where I was coming from and I had no doubt he would do his best to achieve what I wanted. My scenario was not just financial but time was a major factor as I had to sell my house to secure the house I had bought. I was lucky the market was still hot and at the last minute I ended up with an offer that I accepted. Shane negotiated the offer on my behalf and came to me when he felt he had achieved the maximum price out of the buyers. I found the whole process easy. He actually communicated often (rare amongst agents). Plus as a bonus his wife is lovely and helped out too. I have no hesitation in recommending Shane. Thank you again Shane!

Adam had a unique knowledge of the area and was able to very quickly get mum's house on the market. Adam also has an in-house database of potential buyers that enabled him to find a buyer within the first week of our dealings with his agency, which was a very pleasant surprise. Mum's house sold on the first day it was to be opened for the money we wanted and with a quick settlement - you can't ask for more than that! We are happy to recommend Adam and his agency.
