John was not the cheapest option of an agent in our area not the local go too however we felt the fresh and honest approach was what we needed. The house sold within a week and the advice we got from John on the purchase of our new home was invaluable. Overall the communication was good and timely, i felt he was honest with us and the buyers which made them feel comfortable as well so that the whole experience was relatively painless, its a shame he was not the agent for the property we were purchasing!
