The journey of selling out property was a bit epic for us. We were in the middle of renovating and wanted a real estate agents perspective of what we needed to do to get our house on the market and be confident that we could sell at our asking price. A friend of mine recommended Kerrie-Lee as our experience with another agent had not been positive. Kerrie-Lee connected with both of us straight away and understood what we were wanting to achieve and came on the journey with us. Kerrie-Lee was happy to guide us and provide suggestions about what we needed to do and also gave us confidence to work with this as she was very experienced and knowledgable about the local market and shared this with us also. Kerrie-Lee's professionalism as a representative of The Agency also impressed us. She was proud to be working as part of The Agency team and what they represented in the way of making sure their sellers and buyers needs were their first priority. We were also impressed with their marketing strategies - thinking outside of the box and thinking about what the buyers may be seeking from certain demographics. Kerrie-Lee became our friend without stepping past professional boundaries which is unique. Selling your home is very personal and Kerrie-Lee steps you through and supports you on this journey. The only downside of selling our house is that we no longer spend time with Kerrie-Lee. We have moved to the Great Southern which is a bit far for Kerrie-Lee to call in and have a cuppa with us. We are very glad to have met Kerrie-Lee. Selling our house turned into a pleasure with Kerrie-Lee.
