Anika first researched recent sales in the area to gauge price point. She then came to our investment property and made some suggestions on what we could do that would help get the best sale price. After we’d implemented those improvements (she even helped with recommendations for businesses that could do the jobs required within time frame requested and at reasonable prices!) she arranged photos and marketing. The unit was on the market for 3-4 weeks (it was priced a bit higher than others in the area) and then exceeded expected sale price. Everything went off without a hitch and the property was settled in around 2 months from listing.
