Steve was known to me since we were previously neighbours and it was good to be able to provide the opportunity. In a market that favoured sellers Steve still had his work cut out for him when another house only two doors up came up for Sale at the same time. Steve provided good advice and tips to make sure that all maintenance items were attended to, to ensure a quick sale. Despite being a sellers market I was quietly keen to get a quick sale.
