It was tough saying goodbye to our home of 10 years, but thanks to Judy’s expertise, friendly nature and wonderful communication skills everything went as smoothly as could be. Judy had such a positive attitude, got us a sale price slightly above our appraisal bracket (as appraised by three different agents), and explained everything clearly at each step along the way. She demonstrated a great knowledge of the local market in Ferndale and the current selling conditions. She was always friendly and polite and also warmly included our kids which was lovely in a time of upheaval for them.
