From start to finish Nicola and her brilliant PA Holly were a dream to work with. We really wanted a stress free process and that’s how it has been end to end. Initially we went with Nicola after an extensive search because of her extensive experience & reputation and it didn’t disappoint! Her experience & organisation came through immediately. We were updated constantly and the questions we did have were addressed in real time. Pretty astonishing really. I even recall Nicola taking calls late in the evening! She is a strong negotiator and was able to get the sale price up vs offer which was important for us, she did the ground work & negotiations before bringing it to us, taking out the stress of wondering if we would get the number we wanted. Instead presented offers only on the ball park. The other thing we loved is she wasn’t an over promiser, she was well thought out and accurate. This allowed us to know at the outset what was achievable. The team ( Nicola & Holly ) go to a lot of effort to ensure you are kept in the loop at all times. Personally I found this priceless. Lastly we never felt like she was too busy for us and it always felt like she had our best interests at heart which was important selling our family home. The experience was seemless from start to finish. We can’t thank you enough!! Highly recommend.
