Gus was very knowledgeable and detail when explaining about the marketing process. He was also very optimistic with the proposed marketing price. He was not pushy to get me to sign the contract quickly. He waited patiently until I was ready to sign and started to market the property promptly. The marketing preparation was done in less than a week. He sent me a detail report of every open house. He would do unplanned open house whenever there was a request for private viewing. Overall it was a very interesting experience working with Gus and I will use his service again when I need to sell my house in the future. 5 stars for Gus.
