We were absolutely delighted with the manner in which Suzana handled our purchase of the property. Nothing was too much trouble and the communication was excellent. Could not recommend her more highly. As a bonus for us, Toni was also always there when we sought specific advice. Thank you so much

From the moment we met Rachel, we felt at ease with her professional and positive attitude. The communication that we received throughout the process was second to none which created a stress free experience. Rachel was also an integral part of securing our dream home for which we will be forever grateful. We cannot speak highly enough of Rachel's expertise and have no hesitation in recommending her services to anyone wanting to sell their home. Thanks again Rachel 😁

Matt was a pleasure to deal with, he kept me well informed throughout the whole purchase process, was more than happy to answer any queries I had, and went the extra mile to make handover day special with a housewarming gift pack.

Amanda was very easy to deal with, very much a area expert and knowlegable of what's happening in the market. We will certainly work with her into the future.

We met with multiple Real Estate Agents as well as Janey. Her honesty and genuine care about walking us through this journey was what made us choose her over all the others. We couldn't have made a better decision. Janey is all that you hope for with a Real Estate Agent, without the dodgy sales pitch and shady ways. In a nutshell, great results with no BS - exactly what we wanted. We wouldn't think of going to anyone else. Janey, you're a gem!

My agent was Ana. She was very professional and worked hard to sell our property.

From the initial viewing of the property to the end, Gaylene has made this experience so easy and stress free. Her knowledge of the area is second to none, and she was always available to answer any questions I had. Highly recommend Gaylene, and I know I’ll be using her services in the future if I ever decide to sell ☺️

From start to finish Nicola and her brilliant PA Holly were a dream to work with. We really wanted a stress free process and that’s how it has been end to end. Initially we went with Nicola after an extensive search because of her extensive experience & reputation and it didn’t disappoint! Her experience & organisation came through immediately. We were updated constantly and the questions we did have were addressed in real time. Pretty astonishing really. I even recall Nicola taking calls late in the evening! She is a strong negotiator and was able to get the sale price up vs offer which was important for us, she did the ground work & negotiations before bringing it to us, taking out the stress of wondering if we would get the number we wanted. Instead presented offers only on the ball park. The other thing we loved is she wasn’t an over promiser, she was well thought out and accurate. This allowed us to know at the outset what was achievable. The team ( Nicola & Holly ) go to a lot of effort to ensure you are kept in the loop at all times. Personally I found this priceless. Lastly we never felt like she was too busy for us and it always felt like she had our best interests at heart which was important selling our family home. The experience was seemless from start to finish. We can’t thank you enough!! Highly recommend.
