We had a really positive purchasing experience with Tim Beeson recently for our Margaret River investment. His communication and professionalism were very well received during a time where COVID made everything a challenge. He made purchasing a house interstate where we couldn't view the property stress free. Would use Tim again as our agent to buy or sell.

We found Suzana, professional knowledgeable regarding the product but what was nice she was gracious, understanding of what our needs were and always flexible if we ever needed to meet with her. I would definitely recommend Suzana as my preferred agent.

Shane helped me to sell my property in Caversham recently and the experience was outstanding. From the initial presentation, to obtaining a high offer at the first viewing, Shane left no stone unturned and delivered an amazing experience for me as the seller. Shane's communication was prompt, clear & accurate. His knowledge of the area was great and he was able to command one of the highest sale prices ever in the area for comparable properties. The entire experience was faultless and I have already recommended Shane's services to others. Cannot rate him highly enough.

I was very fortunate to have Ana Borcherdt and Rash Dhanjal from "The Agency" assist me in the purchase of my first home. Their smile and greetings always brought a strong feeling of positivity. They were always present before time at the home open, inspection and key handover. Were always patient and understanding with all my queries and provided me with timely updates. Truly lucky to have them through this journey. Thank you!

Linda was not my original agent for the sale of this property but she came in at the right time with the right information and advice. She has a wealth of knowledge that reflected her time in the industry and carefully guided me through the process of purchasing a property. She is very approachable and responded to my concerns and inquiries swiftly and professionally. As a first home buyer, this is what you want. Thank you Linda!

Rash from The Agency was great throughout the whole experience. He was very responsive and made time for us to view the property before the open house. He always go back to us in great time frames and was happy to answer every question about the house. If he didn’t know the answer he would find out. Most people say buying a house is very stressful, Rash made it a very smooth and stress free experience.
