The first time I had a telephone chat with Linda, I had a good feeling that I would be in good hands. That turned out to be exactly the case throughout the selling process of my property. As a remote seller based in Melbourne selling a property in Perth, I was unable to personally attend to preparations for a property sale. I relied on Linda to provide good communications and an honest appraisal of the property. She then took the lead, provided recommendations and subsequently organised the work to present the property well.
