After multiple appraisals for our property, Shane shone above the others in both local and professional knowledge. The marketing of our property took our humble abode and made it resemble a display property. My partner and I cannot thank Shane and the team at The Agency, we got the price we wanted with an offer locked in within three weeks!

From the moment I met Rachel I knew she was the agent for us and she didn't disappoint. Throughout the whole selling process she worked so hard to get the best outcome for us, was available to contact all the times, highly professional and kept us up to date with what was happening. We were on the phone most days and developed a great relationship. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her to anyone else! Thank you Rachel, you've really changed our lives!

Our experience with Shane was great, the whole process almost seemed too easy! Shane answered all our queries in a very short response time, going above and beyond the usually working hours. Thanks Shane.

Amanda is a true professional in the industry. Her knowledge of the area was invaluable for our sale. Amanda kept us informed throughout the entire sale process and advised on a course action when things were a little uncertain. Amanda has an extensive list of trades people who able to take of the little things that needed doing to ensure the house was in top condition for the sale. Amanda was also able to deal with sensitive family issues in an understanding manner. I would highly recommend Amanda to any other potential sellers or buyers as an honest, caring and trustworthy person to handle your property affairs.
