Fab went beyond the normal agents' list of duties to sell our unit. We were away on extended holidays while Fab opened the unit for inspection every week during an unusually hot period. Due to an error on my part there was no power, no air-con for weeks. Fab persisted until the power was restored ( he had to personally locate the meter box), collecting keys and dealing with my property managers .
