The Rockstar of Real Estate Agents! We DID get Cash with Rash !! Rash and his team were amazing! Rash was very patient and understanding throughout the whole sales process. He was informative and guided us through every step of the way, from pre-sale to dos and best presentation tips to sale methods and conditions of sale. His concierge service team helped us get very reasonable painting, cleaning and landscaping quotes and they helped with project managing these jobs too! We opted for the Auction Method which Rash and his team at The Agency suggested and WOW, we were absolutely blown away with the way this auction went! Through the 3 week campaign almost 100 groups came through and on Auction Day, Rash got Tim Gossage as the auctioneer, he also had his whole team of 6 agents there to help bidders with the auction process and what a result it was for us ! we got way above reserve price and way above our initial appraisal.
