We chose to use Amanda as our agent based on the fact that we had seen her at a lot of home opens over the years and were always impressed by her welcoming, friendly nature and her knowledge of real estate in the area. When she came to give us a market appraisal for our home, we were highly impressed at her professionalism, advice and the amount of her time she gave us. In the end we had to go back to the market and Amanda once again helped to sell the house very quickly and smoothly. We also appreciated her care and advice in helping us find a house to buy so we would have somewhere to live after settlement! Amanda truly went above and beyond to support us through the buying and selling process which at times became very emotionally draining and stressful due to life circumstances (new baby) and rare complications (death of parties on the contract, fires threatening under offer property etc). We couldn't have done it without Amanda' support and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to everyone!
