Having had disappointing experiences with previous agents who were after a quick and easy sale, we were so grateful for the hard work and professionalism that Gus brings to his work. We met Gus, and many other agents, two years before putting the house on the market and Gus was the only one who continued to keep in touch and update us on the market. Gus was tireless in his efforts to sell our house, which was not an easy task. During every point of the sale he would keep us updated and respond quickly to our quearies. Gus proved himself to be honest and reliable and being able to trust him meant that we were able to negotiate the deal without second-guessing his advice all the time. Gus is also kind and approachable which makes communication easier. We would highly recommened Gus and would happily use him again or suggest him to our friends and family. Thank you Gus!

i can't speak highly enough of the service I received from Josh. Everything was done immediately, with no holdups. Josh did everything he could to attract buyers and I was kept up-to-date with reports all along the process. things did not go smoothly, through no fault of Josh's, but josh bent over backwards to get things done so settlement could happen - above and beyond the call of duty! All I can say is, thank you, and I will certainly use Josh again in the future, and I would fully recommend him.
