Paul was outstanding, efficient, knowledgeable and always made himself available. Right from our initial enquires nothing was a problem. Paul takes his job very seriously and works hard all hours of the day! The whole package was explained and went like clockwork. We were thrilled to use the end of date sale process and Paul achieved a higher price than we expected. We would not hesitate to recommend Paul and would definitely use his services again. Thanks so much for professional and smooth sale.

Amanda was refereed to me by a friend and is a great agent, she was straight forward with the best options available to sell my investment property for the best price. I listed my property just before covid lock downs hit, she updated me weekly with the data from the website the property was listed and any feedback from home opens. I had to withdrew my property for sale, and re tenanted the property when the market staled. Amanda kept in contact, I still wanted to sell the property to an investor who would keep my good tenant. Amanda sold the property for more than it was originally listed for covid.

It was a pleasure working with Shane, he was professional and easy to deal with at all times. He kept us up to date with everything during the sale process, and we received a price for our property well above our expectations. Shane suggested staging our property, as it was empty at the time of Sale, this was amazing and well worth the extra money spent. Shane's fees are competitive, and we would definitely recommend him and The Agency.

I found Jon to be a pleasure to deal with. From the outset, his excellent advice, direction and industry knowledge was greatly appreciated and helped forge a successful outcome. He went to great length to understand my property features and demonstrated persistence and determination thru out the sales process. Jon promptly kept me up to date particularly following open inspections and regularly provided potential buyer feedback.

Right from the first meeting with Paul we found him to be very well prepared with information and skill set. Paul is highly professional and friendly. He is very knowledgeable of the current market and this was helpful in giving us her advice on how we should list our home. We can’t thank Paul enough for all his hard work, with his expertise in the field he was able to get us the best price for our home. If you are looking for a real estate expert, then we highly recommend Paul and his team at the Agency to anyone selling a property.

As a retired real estate agent myself I can honestly say that Fab is the sort of agent I always endeavoured to be - totally professional, honest, helpful, with excellent communication skills and always a delightfully pleasant manner. Highly recommended 😊

broad spectrum knowledge of his profession and the people entering it, this, teamed with honesty and giving time to be available to listen, in my opinion makes Fab Forneris a most pleasant successful agent towards selling and buying a home.

Craig and I feel fortunate to have had Fab looking after the sale of our rental property. We felt we were in good hands and Fab’s professional attitude was much appreciated. He kept us updated throughout and was never too busy to give us a call back if we had any questions.

Prior to selling our house we had a few different agents come and give us valuations. From the get go Gus went above and beyond to help us sell our home. We had no doubts that we wanted to pick Gus as our agent. He made sure we were well informed at every step of the process and was very easy and friendly to deal with. We particularly appreciated how quickly Gus would respond to queries, emails and texts. Nothing was an issue for Gus and we would gladly use him again next time we sold a house.
