Our house presented a huge challenge to Janey. Not only was our house unusual for the area, we also asked Janey to market it in a price range above what may have been expected. Although our house took a long time to sell, even though prices were falling Janey sold our house without sacrificing our required price. Not only that, she managed to sell us another house at a very good price. Throughout Janey remained cheerful, optimistic and encouraging, features that are invaluable when one is feeling discouraged and doubtful. She never allowed us to give up hope! As Janey was not a local agent, she brought buyers in to see our home from other areas, thus enlarging the buying pool, which very good for our area. Janey is excellent at explaining the intricacies of selling a house. She thoroughly covers every part of the selling/buying process.
