To cut a long story short: - I was told by this agent that my offer was a waste of time; - Blamed his inappropriate comments on my age; - He alleges that i declined to have a building inspection written into the agreement (this is incorrect) - When discussing final inspection dates, he told me i should be nicer to him - He lost my email address half way through the process - He did not notify me that the sellers extended family would be attending the property while i was completing my final inspection - Overall i found him condescending and would not recommend him to any young people looking to buy their first home.

We recently purchased a house through Neel. At first we really loved the house but actually had our eye on another property with a different agent. We had a terrible experience with the oher properties selling agent which almost turned us off buying a house. Even when we shared with Neel that we were looking at another property he was so supportive and made us feel comfortable having open conversations with him. When we advised him that we wanted to put an offer he made a promise that he wouldn't treat us like the other agency did prior.
