We had the good fortune that the first home we bought was being sold through the Agency. The selling agent (Zed) was by far and away the most competent we had met during our house hunt, and we continued to be impressed by the rest of Team Rash as the sale progressed. Every member we had contact with was impeccably polite, professional, and most importantly as nervous first home buyers, reassuring. An excellent reflection of the traits of Rash himself, with whom we had contact briefly, but clearly evidenced why his team is such a high class outfit. A cut above, could not recommend highly enough.

As nervous first home buyers, we could not have asked for a better buying experience. Zed welcomed us through the door of our first home to be courteously and professionally. He was on hand with pertinent information about the property, but without being obtrusive. He was happy to research answers to more in depth questions we had, and his communication was prompt and thorough. He was always available, even at awkward times, and accommodated us around our shift patterns. We felt he negotiated a good price for both parties, and was very encouraging and reassuring throughout, keeping us regularly updated with proceedings. He genuinely made us believe that nothing was too much trouble and he made us feel valued by going the extra mile. If we ever sell, we’ll go straight to Zed, we truly could not recommend him highly enough. He’s a genuinely nice bloke, an excellent agent, and whoever buys with Zed is in luck. We wish him all the best, and cannot thank him enough for making our first home ours.
