Amanda was very professional and particularly approachable. She listened to what we were after and the situation with Mum. She offered advice and definitely took control when other people tried to go through through property while other people had booked time to view the property. We were kept informed through the process and given realistic expectations of what we could get for Mum's property. More than happy with Amanda's efforts.

Shane was really knowledgeable about the market the area and current trends. He was very approachable and patient when dealing with my endless questions and also the difficulty in dealing with an absent seller as I had relocated interstate. He made the whole process easy for me and went above and beyond to ensure a streamlined and hassle free transaction gaining a great price for me and a good quality home for the buyers. His advice regarding marketing and potential buyers was so valuable as was his help in sorting through the offers assisting in me in ascertaining the right fit for me. He was fair and logical and actually did what he said he would. I loved his honest and transparent communication - he also ensured that all parties were kept updated via messages email and follow up phone calls. I cannot fault anything about Shane and am so very grateful that he was assigned to the sale of my property.

What an experience, normally the word uneventful would have a negative connotation but in our case we got our dream home with no issues, stress free and we couldn't be happier. We went into this nervous and a little concerned, as it was our first house purchase. Both Shane and our broker made the process incredibly easy and kept us on track to where we should be, what we should be filling out and when, etc. Shane kept us up to date regularly and was available when ever we had questions, in fact Shane still is even after we've moved in 2 weeks later, and of course most importantly had a house ready for us at settlement date. We would be happy to see Shane involved in any future house dealings we have, on either side, buying or selling. Thank you very much Shane.
