Adam’s knowledge, experience and sales skills helped us sell our home for a good price in the current market. However The Agency head office admin leaves a bit to be desired - it took me, Adam, as well as our conveyancer contacting them a few times to correct an incorrectly charged marketing fee on the final invoice. It was eventually sorted out, but it shouldn’t have been this difficult.

Just before our first weekend home open was about to begin, the COVID-19 lockdown began which meant all public home opens were stopped =( This massively dashed our hopes of selling our home but thanks to Michael's extensive database he brought a few people through for private viewing and within a week we got a few offers and sold the property!
