This is the first time we have used Nicola in any capacity whether selling or buying. We sold a house through her after deciding to take the plunge. We first met her around five years before we made the decision, after meeting a few other agents. She always stuck in my mind as the person I would choose when we finally decided. This was because of her presentation, knowledge of the market (local market Atwell, Aubin Grove), and advice. When we engaged her, we found the commission reasonable, the work that she put in was of a high standard, feedback after each viewing was prompt, follow up with potential buyers excellent, and on several occasions with viewings and offers that came in, I did ask her opinions and I relied on her excellent advice. That's when experience in the industry really counts, when things get a bit unsure. Also the first offers came in around the three week mark. A lot better than the three or four months I was expecting. All up, it was three public home opens and two private. Would I buy or sell through Nicola again? Yes, with confidence.
