Gaylene sold our house in Heathridge. At the time our property was tenanted. Making appointments with the tenant and potential buyers was limited on occasions. Gaylene was able to negotiate with the tenant, keep them on side and arrange viewings. Gaylene negotiated professionally and always kept us up to date so I felt at ease. Our house sold a lot quicker than expected. Gaylene is very experienced in suburbs North the River, in particular Heathridge and surrounding areas. She is definitely the agent I would engage to sell your property or to find out more about what is available if you are buying.

Being in the buyers market for a few months, we spent a considerable amount of weekends searching for our next home, and met various agents presenting prospective properties. Found Paul to be honest and upfront about the pro's and cons of the said property. During the offer and negotiation stage, Paul handled the process seamlessly and we ended up with a price we were happy to offer with no regrets. I would recommend Paul fpr property sales.

We were in the market for a house and we came across the house that suited our taste, we contacted Leanne she was friendly, flexible and professional. We met up with her and Immediately took a liking to her as she wasn’t the pushy type like so many other agents who turned us off because of the way they liaised with us hence pushy and don’t give us space. We Purchased the property and honestly recommend Leanne to any buyer out there who’s in the market for a house and looking for the good old fashioned customer service. Thankyou Leanne !!

Linda you are amazing!! I have nothing but positive comments to say about my experience with her. She went way above and well and truly beyond for me during the whole house selling process. I am so appreciative and thankful to have had such an awesome estate agent. We had some trials and tribulations among other troublesome hurdles to get over along the way and Linda displayed so much patience and support throughout. Again, I am so thankful and appreciative to you Linda....now where's the champagne??!!
