Fab came across as an honest agent who follows through with what he says that gave us confidence in presenting our offer. Fab knew the area well; was responsive and thorough in answering questions; and provided insights that were informative and gave us a good feel for what we were buying without any over exaggerated sales tactics.

Davide presented the property I purchased very nicely, was pleasant to deal with and provided relevant and useful information and advice. He went out of his way to provide assistance and extra service and was very knowledgeable. He is friendly and easy to speak to and has a manner that makes one feel comfortable and cared for.

Leanne’s knowledge of the area helped us find the right price for our property to get the right potential buyers through - from the first home open she had generated more interest than our previous agent had in 3 months. She was professional, highly efficient and communication was excellent. We felt in safe hands from the moment we decided to entrust our home sale to her. We felt genuinely looked after through the whole process and she helped fill in my (many) knowledge gaps for the sale of my first house to go through smoothly. She went above and beyond every expectation and I highly recommend her services.

The Most Amazing Real Agent Since moving to Mandurah in 1998 we have bought and sold many properties, however we have found that Lisa Yates has been the only person we have truly trusted with buying and selling in the Mandurah Area. Lisa has sold many of our properties, and on this occasion we purchased a block of land that Lisa had listed in the Wannanup area. We knew that even as a buyer that we would be in good hands, knowing that Lisa would be doing her best for both the seller and the purchaser. We were successful in the purchase of the land and are sincerely grateful for all Lisa did to help with the purchase. We can not recommend Lisa highly enough to anyone wishing to find that one of a kind real estate agent that is able to display a most ethical and professional manner to both seller and purchaser. We will be forever grateful to her for all the assistance she has given to us over the years.

Nigel worked diligently on the sale of our property before and during the process. He provided sound advice on the best options for selling and was able to advise us on the best strategy to use to achieve our objectives. He was forthright in his advice to us and provided statistical evidence to underpin his suggestions. Nigel was at all times courteous and professional, returning calls promptly and making himself available as we needed him. We appreciate his efforts on our behalf and are very satisfied with the results he achieved for us.

Steve Kelly’s has a great aura about him, and seems to have beautiful houses for sale with great prices. Very friendly but firm to get the job done. He helped us move into our dream home!

We got to know Maria via one of her other listed properties, unfortunately we were unable to secure that one before it was sold, however Maria listed our place and did alot of research for the area as she normally sells closer to the coast and much more expensive and desirable suburbs. The online photos and ad were excellent showcasing all the features of our house which was above average in size and extra features compared to houses in the area. House was sold accordingly in a poor real estate market.
