When I listed my home with Fab in late 2019 neither he nor I expected the difficult times ahead with Covid19. However Fab retained his enthusiasm & professional manner to successfully sell my home. During the selling period Fab was positive, supportive and encouraging, which I think is the hallmark of his selling ability. Thank you Fab.

Sue and Paul's professionalism made the purchase of our new family home as smooth as possible. They were always contactable and happy to deal with any queries which arose. The purchase was subject to sale (and Team Middleton handled our sale efficiently and effectively, selling after the first home open). We were really happy with the service and the overall effort by Team Middleton.

Working with Leanne was the best experience I could have asked for and I would recommend her highly to anyone looking to sell their property. Selling a house can be stressful but Leanne made the process smooth and seamless. She kept us up to date with everything, was so responsive with emails, gave clear directions of what we needed to do and throughout the whole process brought a very personable and relatable touch that is quite rare to find in this area of work. She was honest from the start with what we could expect price wise and helped us achieve the offer we wanted for the property. If you're wanting a smooth selling process with an agent who is actually there to help you and work with you I can't recommend her enough!

What was most impressive about Josh was his communication. Throughout the sale of my property I always felt that I knew what was happening with regular updates at each step. In addition to this, his knowledge of the market and targeting buyers got me the price I wanted within the time frame I required.

Can’t speak highly enough of Lisa, she went above and beyond to get the contract finalised for the purchase of our house. She’s very bubbly and a genuinely nice person. We loved that we were able to get all locks changed at no cost to us as the house was previously rented, and all other issues were rectified in a very timely manner. Thank you for making the purchase easy, we love living here.
