Fiona was honest and practical, and being buyers from outside of the area made time to meet us in the City on a number of occasions. She helped us with our transition into the hills and knew in detail the ins and out of Hovea. We have no doubt Fiona represented her vendors best interests, but she did so whilst making it a pleasant transaction for us the buyers and it certainly made the difference.

In the context of a bankruptcy sale, Gus went above and beyond the call of duty with orgainsing a lot of background matters that were necessary to ensure the sale went though smoothly. This included dealing in a sesntive way with the occupant who had to vacate the property against his will. And he achieved a price well above valuation! Highly recommended!
