Although this was a bad situation, the process was pretty smooth. Nicola was up front, knowledgeable and suggested a plan. There was good communication and the sale was made quickly. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was based on a bit of confusion on the settlement and final inspection. This may have been due to having 3 people to keep up to date. Thank you for the efficient sale.
