First of all, she is not pushy and gives you time and space to take a decision. Having already spoken to two local agents I called Linda and after half an hour with her I gave her my listing. She is efficient, she listens and is prompt at answering all queries. I was utterly speechless when she appeared on my new doorsteps, while the removalists were unloading with a basket full of delicious gourmet food and drink. And above all she has a great sense of humour.

We were so lucky to engage the services of Kerri-Lee. Her insight into the local market and her realistic valueing our property, bought in lots of prospective buyers at home opens as well as showing the home to people when they inspected other properties. Throughout the sales process Kerri-Lee was professional and caring, demostrating this with calls keeping us informed and understanding how difficult getting to the point of sale had been. Her friendly good natured humour helped us remain optimistic during what was an emotionally difficult time.
