We used Terry to sell a property about 19 years ago. It was a difficult property to sell(house and granny flat) but Terry supported us in hanging out for a reasonable price. He gave good advice but never tried to sell us short. So the decision to use Terry again proved to be right. In a difficult market(this time, depressed) he achieved a satisfactory result . My impression is that he loves selling and would be very disappointed in himself if he failed to get a good result. His experience and skills are superb despite being a West Perth supporter.
