Joel has without a doubt been the most helpful and easy to work with agent I have ever dealt with. Joel was always prompt and extremely reliable. Hence i trusted him 100% this was important as I reside in a different state to where I was purchasing. I had so many questions and concerns but Joel went above and beyond to clarify and even video what I asked for at my request . The online transaction was a breeze. The best thing about it is that Joel’s customer service was exceptional that even after the sale/purchase I can always call him for any realestate advice . Thankyou Joel Winkley 🙂

We initially spoke to Gus regarding a valuation with no plans to hire an agent. Even with knowing this may not result in work for him, he turned up fully prepared and stayed for 90minutes discussing our options and a sale plan. Before we knew it, we had a Real Estate crush on Gus!! In the end he won us over with his sincerity, his humour and his love of a good pun!! Over the next few weeks he worked diligently to secure us the price we wanted and a super quick sale!! His communication skills, his punctuality and his response time to emails & texts were fantastic, we couldn’t recommend Gus more highly. Thanks for all your hard work. Hoping to see you for a beer now and again, Gus. Nikki & Phill

Lisa was extremely easy to deal with. She came across as genuinely wanting the best outcome for both the seller and the buyer. Frequent and useful communication ensured that the transaction went smoothly. Given the fact I was closing a number of transactions at once this was much appreciated.

Our experience with fab has been excellent. He didn't try to sell a dream regarding a selling price just to get the listing and was quite open and honest with what he thought was a realistic result in the current market. We put a marker in the sand and Fab hit that target and got our asking price. I would recommend Fab for anyone in the Kensington or surrounding suburbs to look after the sale of your property.

Knowing Nicola for years as an experienced agent I had no hesitation in putting her forward to the partners in the syndicate to sell our property. Nicola did not disappoint ticking every box with the legalities and her wonderful attention to detail. Going out of her way to deal with all 4 partners personally and making sure we were happy and well informed. The property sold through the 5 stage selling strategy that Nicola promotes and executed to perfection, selling the property with a subject to finance auction under the hammer with competitive bidding on the day achieving a great result. Huge THANK YOU to Nicola and congratulations on a job extremely well done.

The purchase of 23 Amalfi was facilitated by Lisa's professional approach. Amusingly, we weren't really ready to enter the market at the time we saw what is now our new home. Lisa could tell we were more serious about buying than we even gave ourselves credit for. Lisa was faultless in making the prcess of buying (and selling our existing property) as smooth and timely as possible. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lisa to anyone considering buying or selling ta home.

Kristian was an amazing person to work with. He was always direct, honest and genuine at all times. His commitment to getting things done in a fair way and dedication to always being available to talk to was especially helpful. I would like to work with Kristian only for any property dealings in the future!

Jon was market knowledgeable and came well prepared even though I thought that I expected more money and thought that I knew what I wanted for the land only basis. It was soon proved to me that Jon was right and I was proven wrong but I was still very happy with the sale price in the current market. After the sale Jon has gone well and way above what anyone could ever expect from the sales person by helping me pack up my things and storing them at his house as I have moved interstate. There was a glitch with the removalists and I could never ever have achieved this by myself. I will be forever grateful and would gladly recommend this honest, lovely and helpful young family man to anyone who should care to contact me.

As a first home buyer i was very lucky to deal with Shane as i didn't have any experience and only a little bit knowledge about how the hole process works it was reassuring to have someone who went out of there way to help me though it all and even check up on how it was all going after the process was completed i couldn't be happier thank you very much

Sam was very good since the first time we met him, very polite presented well and had a thorough knowledge of the property he was selling. After dealing with a few other agents from other company's part of the reason we put an offer in on our property is because we felt Sam would have our best interest at heart. 10/10 would use him again
