Good afternoon My association with Cindy from The Agency over the weeks leading up and including the process of finalising the sale of my late Fathers property was a great decision. We entrusted our faith in Cindy throughout the whole process resulting in exactly what we were aiming for. Cindy's real estate knowledge was impeccable; every box was ticked and crossed and rechecked to eliminate any hiccups; the intricacies of this industry is baffling but I remained positive to the end to everyone's delight. Kind regards Joanne Woodcock

Uncomplicated, honest, professional, knows what he’s doing and just gets on with it. Dave is very personable and respectful, I contracted him to sell my property and that’s what he did with efficiency and no nonsense. 21 day settlement with no complications...yay!

Gus is an excellent professional. He guided us through the process and was always there to assist, support and suggest what to do and how to do it. He is extremely responsible and the most beautiful thing is that he considers both, the seller and the buyer. Such a pleasure to work with him.

Fab was an excellent agent - a good listener, diplomatic and exceptionally professional to the end. He knows his market and we never felt coerced in making a decision at any stage. We wanted a long settlement and the outcome was very satisfactory. We would recommend him every time.

Steve was a pleasure to do business with. He was professional, patient, effective and courteous when dealing with us. His virtual tour was a big selling tool and his communication skills are excellent. Steve really knows how to sell a home. Was a pleasure.

As a first home buyer I was not really aware of what I was getting into and the process of buying a property. Janey was so kind enough to guide me through the whole thing. I can get in touch with her through calls, emails, and sms. She answered my questions readily and was very helpful throughout the stressful time I had. Thank you for your assistance Janey. xx

We used Terry to sell a property about 19 years ago. It was a difficult property to sell(house and granny flat) but Terry supported us in hanging out for a reasonable price. He gave good advice but never tried to sell us short. So the decision to use Terry again proved to be right. In a difficult market(this time, depressed) he achieved a satisfactory result . My impression is that he loves selling and would be very disappointed in himself if he failed to get a good result. His experience and skills are superb despite being a West Perth supporter. I would happily recomended him to sell your property.

Great knowledge of the area, very professional, yet relatable and lovely to communicate with. I got a good price for my property, considering the state of the market. Janey gave great advice and guidance every step of the way. Would definitely recommend Janey to sell another property!
