Fab was originally referred to us by friends of ours who lived in the area. Fab's experience and knowledge of Kensington is second to none and his personality is very easy to relate. In a difficult sellers' market Fab was able to always work for us and to ultimately achieve a good price. We would not hesitate to use his services again.

I cannot even begin to say how extremely grateful I was to have Steve as my Agent whilst selling my home, I found him to be very humble, patient and resilient and he never gave up! Always willing to go the extra mile, nothing was too much for him. I found him very professional and always managed to find people to view the home which resulted in a sale. I cannot recommend him highly enough, will definitely be recommending him to anyone who wants only the BEST agent. Thanks so much Steve for all your hard work!!

We had an unfortunate and unprofessional experience of a stand-in agent while Mike was away. Mike returned to the listing and assisted us in the eventual purchase of the property in a very professional manner. Mike was approachable, knowledgeable, honest, and prompt in his service which was in stark contrast to the other agent. Many thanks to Mike and Jo for helping us.

Steve is very good at what he does. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone, in fact I have recommended him to friends and family, cannot give higher praise than that. He's friendly, honest and gets the job done. He knows his market and will get you a fair price. His birds eye view of the inside of the house is terrific. I will certainly call steve next time I need to buy or sell any property. Great guy.

Lisa would have to be, without a doubt, the best agent in the business. From the moment she appraised our property we knew she was the right agent for us. Her extensive knowledge of the area and excellent marketing skills drew a lot of interest in the first week. Lisa was always on the ball and kept us up to date at every step. Lisa is very dedicated at what she does and we wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend her to our family and friends.

Gus was efficient, easy to communicate with and professional. We (as the buyer) felt he was approachable and forthcoming, answering queries to the best of his knowledge or following up in a timely manner. Gus was also very helpful during the settlement period which I didn't expect from the listing agent. Thanks Gus!
