From beginning to end Lisa has been absolutely fantastic to deal with. She understood our difficult situation immediately and worked tirelessly, always with a smile and with great compassion throughout. Lisa’s professionalism and knowledge are without a doubt excellent. She always kept communication open with texts, emails, phone calls or visits and made herself available, sometimes at a moment’s notice. If we didn’t know any better, we could have thought that we were her only clients. In the end, she was true to her word and sold our property in 2 weeks and at a reasonable price given the circumstances. We highly and all heartedly recommend Lisa to anyone with a property to sell in the Hillarys and surrounding areas (or anywhere for that matter). (ps: we also appreciated the nice touch at the end).

Terry has sold 4 properties that I’ve been involved in over the past 12 years. He knows his stuff inside out and goes for an auction each time if the market can bear it. Three of my properties sold at auction with record prices above market appraisals. He is thorough in his approach, creative and good fun. He will never compromise his own integrity and goes the second mile to secure the best deal. In my last sale just recently it took 6ths to sell. Terry had an 11 home open stint with his listings where not one person came through at all. He had never seen anything like it in the 40yrs plus of realestate experience. Yet he persevered with it even having plans drawn up for a potential pool for the back yard for one looker and checked with the Shire as to whether the trees in the niebours back yard could ever be cut down as they were a feature of the bush setting enjoyed from my back balcony. I’ve sited only two examples, there are many more that I could draw upon. Being forever proactive and ever good for a good story I’ve had no hesitation in recommending his services to others. I’m just sorry I have no more realestate in WA 😀

This property proved to be a little challenging to sell as the owners were not very accommodating with getting access to view the property. So when we did get to finally see it, we knew that it had a lot of potential and we just had to provide the elbow grease(lots of it!!) to whip it into shape. Kerrie-Lee kept us informed and responded to our messages and emails usually within the day so we knew where we were at. She knew that we were keen to get in as soon as possible to polish this rough diamond and allowed us early access even though settlement was delayed by a week. We found her helpful and friendly and willing to go out of her way to ease the process of purchasing a property.
