In what was an uncertain market, Dave persisted and sold my property through his contacts in the area, at a price I was more than satisfied with. He went above and beyond prior to settlement by sorting out minor issues raised at the final inspection, of which I am extremely grateful. While I have rated Fab highly and would recommend him, there have been several small issues that have left a " bad taste in our mouths" Firstly the dish washer was taken from the home when we believed it would stay. As well, where is was disconnected from the plumbing the connection was not sealed causing a leak. One of the toilets leaks. One of the fans in the oven does not work. No instructions books/manuals have been left. Reticulation at the front is partially not working. Small matters but important to us.
