We were impressed with Davide's keenness and attention to detail. He had good numbers through with each showing and communicated with us (if available) or our son if we were not. we had a pervious agent however Davide was 75% better in all areas of selling the house. we would recommend him to anyone

Fab worked hard to get this property sold under difficult circumstances - both buyer & seller were living interstate so communication was never easy. He was always friendly, approachable & accommodating whenever I wanted more information about the house or the suburb or wanted to see the house when it was not on show. He was also happy to stay on and discuss his experience of living in the area & in Perth in general which was important for someone who was making an interstate move to Perth.

Wow I can't tell you how easy Rash made it for us to sell our home. He took all the stress out of the situation by walking us through each step. We could rest at ease knowing he would think of what we needed when we really didn't know. Also due to living in Adelaide we had nobody else on the ground in Perth so seeing his work ethic allowed us to simply leave him with it and not feeling we had to prompt him to work hard for us. He sold our home before we even had our first home open. For a difficult situation he made it easy! Thank you
