I dealt with Adam as a buyer, looking to purchase an apartment for investment purposes. I have had mixed dealings with agents previously but Adam wants to get the deal done. He worked with the seller and myself to reach an amicable conclusion which, I think is a sign of someone who is a strong negotiator and knows a good deal- is for all parties to walk away feeling happy. Very helpful and overall a good guy to deal with and I have no complaints at all.

We recently bought s new home through Kristian. He was very knowledgeable about the area which enabled him to put together an off-market purchase of a truly lovely home that met all our needs. Kristian was extremely helpful throughout the process and went above and beyond the average agent in generously affording us his time. No issue was too much trouble. Kristian has been a delight to work with and we would have no hesitation recommending him in future. Debra and Stuart (Stirling WA)

'No Fuss Gus' is exactly what the name stands for. Always kept up to date with the progress of sale, always answers my phone calls and returned emails promptly. Gus went out of his way to come to us with paper work that needed to be signed and a time that suited us. Vey happy with the service. Thank you Gus!

Could not have asked for more from an agent. A realistic price appraisal and excellent ongoing communication throughout the negotiation process. Would recommend Janey to anyone who wants someone in "their corner" and not be a "just a sale", she understands the emotions that can sometimes be involved in selling a property and offers genuine expert advice.

We bought our first home in Australia from No Fuss Gus and the experience was fantastic. He was very thorough with his follow ups and we always knew exactly what was going on every step of the way. Gus also knew the area really well. If/when it comes time to sell, we won’t hesitate in using him again.

Lisa was contracted to sell four grouped villas in a very slow tough market. She was up beat and positive from the get go. She managed to find qualified buyers and negotiate a price that exceeded our expectations. She saw the value in our properties and sold that onto the buyers.I would highly recommend her as she is professional ,honest and reliable.
