We have moved into number 13 and can see that we are going to make it into a home that’s really suits us. Thank you so much for all your assistance – was very surprised to see all the work that’s been done, which with a lesser agent would’ve been overlooked. Really appreciated! Warm regards David

Jon did everything he could to get us the best sale price in these difficult times and we would recommend his services to anyone looking to sell.

We were so excited to secure our own piece of Greenwood! We purchased through Gus and were very pleased with the level of service. He was always contactable and helped with any enquiry throughout the process, no matter how big or small. We were updated every step of the way. I would have no hesitation in recommending Gus to any friends looking to sell or buy in the area. Thanks again Gus

We have been very pleased with the service Fab provided us on the sale of our home. There was complete clarity in the process and he negotiated well with potential buyers to achieve the best outcome for us.

In what was an uncertain market, Dave persisted and sold my property through his contacts in the area, at a price I was more than satisfied with. He went above and beyond prior to settlement by sorting out minor issues raised at the final inspection, of which I am extremely grateful. I felt looked after and would entrust him as my agent again if the need arose.

While I have rated Fab highly and would recommend him, there have been several small issues that have left a " bad taste in our mouths" Firstly the dish washer was taken from the home when we believed it would stay. As well, where is was disconnected from the plumbing the connection was not sealed causing a leak. One of the toilets leaks. One of the fans in the oven does not work. No instructions books/manuals have been left. Reticulation at the front is partially not working. Small matters but important to us.

We would recommend Fab to anyone wanting to sell their home!! Not only were we happy with Fab selling our home in Fremantle but he backed it up by finding our dream home in Kensington. With all our dealings with Fab we found him to be honest, reliable and a great communicator. We can’t thank Fab enough for his service and he deserves all the praise and recognition he gets.

As first home buyer, I was (/am) pleasantly surprised with FAB. Fab is quick to work with, but gives people time when needed, is always happy to follow up, will provide data-points where needed, and works with both buyer and customer. Happy with the buy, great experience.
