Anil and the Agency team were good to deal with but I we had a lot of pressure to sign documents very quickly. We had 3 phone calls from 3 different people within 6 hours of receiving the correct information on our contract. Everyone is very nice and professional but would have liked a bit less pressure overall.

I found Leanne over the course of the sale of my property to be a very good communicater, quick to respond to any questions and very knowledgeable on the property market in the area. While 95% of all correspondence was relayed to me whilst I was out of the country, she also responded to my questions and phone calls quickly and supplied me with her professional opinion on achieving the best price for the property. I have no hesitation in using her in the future, and would absolutely no hesitation in recommending Leanne if you are thinking of selling in Perths northern suburbs. Thank you Leanne!

I appreciated my interactions with Ina in the recent purchase of my property. She was friendly, no nonsense, up front and clear about the process, the seller's expectations and time-frames. Answered all my questions and was communicative throughout, and just as communicative and helpful after contract exchange so it wasn't just a sales pitch. I'm a happy customer :)

I recently purchased an investment property in Calista through Navpreet and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Navpreet was professional, transparent, and extremely knowledgeable about the local market. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, always taking the time to explain every step clearly and keep me informed.

Navpreet did something I would have thought rather unusual for a selling agent: he placed everyone else before him. Mine was an unusual sale; however, he saw a way forward, and I was left somewhat humbled by his compassion for others and ethics. I do not ordinarily let property managers or selling agents anywhere near my tenants or my properties, as they generally disappoint. I got very lucky with Navpreet.
