Raj helped us settle our first rental house here in Melbourne, and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience. As a newly migrated family with no rental history, Raj guided us on everything we need. From the very beginning, Raj was attentive, responsive, and really listened to what we were looking for in a rental property. What we appreciated most was Raj’s deep knowledge of the rental market as well as the property itself. He provided helpful advice even on minor stuff like maintaining the surroundings of the house especially during spring time when the weeds started to show up, maintaining the glass and walls to mention some. He is always quick to answer any questions we had, whether it was about lease terms, details of the properties, etc. He always see to it that our concerns would always be addressed on a timely manner, that is why we have decided to do another year of contract on the same property handled by The ARK 7 Real Estate, of course with Raj.
