I have had couple experiences with Raj for getting houses on rent and he ( and his company Ark 7 ) has always impressed us with their above and beyond help, efficiency and smooth treatment. Raj and his company have always ensured to meet their commitments even if it takes them to travel after hours .
The ARK 7 Real Estate
We had one of the best experience in dealing with Mr Raj. We got exactly what we were looking for and Raj helped us throughout the process with super ease. Highly professional and acted as a super helpful guide. With his prompt efforts thru the process, we moved to the house super quick and he made sure it was clean. Highly recommend to anyone whose looking for a transparent dealing. Thankyou so much Mr. Raj once again for all the efforts.

The ARK 7 Real Estate
We’ve been renting a house that’s managed by The Ark 7 Real Estate for almost a year now. Our experience with them has been flawless so far. Raj and his team regularly checks upon us, addresses our issues and clarifies our concerns with utmost importance and urgency. We commend their professionalism in terms of scheduling and expertise when handling different situations and issues we are having. We appreciate the tips and advises in terms of maintaining the house. Overall, happy with their service.
The ARK 7 Real Estate
Raj helped us settle our first rental house here in Melbourne, and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience. As a newly migrated family with no rental history, Raj guided us on everything we need. From the very beginning, Raj was attentive, responsive, and really listened to what we were looking for in a rental property. What we appreciated most was Raj’s deep knowledge of the rental market as well as the property itself. He provided helpful advice even on minor stuff like maintaining the surroundings of the house especially during spring time when the weeds started to show up, maintaining the glass and walls to mention some. He is always quick to answer any questions we had, whether it was about lease terms, details of the properties, etc. He always see to it that our concerns would always be addressed on a timely manner, that is why we have decided to do another year of contract on the same property handled by The ARK 7 Real Estate, of course with Raj. I highly recommend The ARK 7 Real Estate especially to new migrant residents, they would truly help you with everything you need to find the suitable Rental House for you and your family.
