Even the clearance rate on my auction day is only 66% , I still got an offer. The price was below my reserve , but John managed to push up the offer price by 4% more after a further negotiation with the buyer. What a fantastic result! I thought that John did an excellent job in managing our expectations in a professional and sensitive manner. At the same time he managed to obtain a terrific price for our villa unit in a cooling market.
