I cant recommend John highly enough. His service throughout the whole sales process was outstanding, he was incredibly proactive in getting my property ready for sale even to the extent that he out personally to purchase some new light fittings that had to be installed! I don't think you'd find many agents who would do that! He was also great in his follow up especially calling me directly after each open for inspection and updating me on how many parties had been through and what there level of interest was. I was extremely happy with what my property sold for and extra happy that it was before auction.
