Richard and Amanda were both great to work with in coordinating the sale. During the inspection, Amanda's experience with other property within the complex and surrounding areas provided us with a good understanding of the property's value and enabled us to put in an appropriate offer. While coordinating revisions to the initial Contract of Sale and changes in conditions, Richard was very helpful with his prompt responses, and showed great honesty and integrity with the discussion of revised terms. The two make an excellent team and their level of professionalism and consideration made for a much better experience than the vast majority of real estate agents I've dealt with.
