Richard, Amanda, and the Bolton Group team are very good at what they do. Only a few weeks ago, after consulting with multiple other real estate agents, we had Richard and Amanda in our house discussing the sale of our first property. Although we were nervous and unsure if we would be able to get the outcome that we required, Richard and Amanda's confidence and extensive knowledge of the property market gave us the confidence that they could achieve what we needed, although other real estate agents had only fueled our nerves. To cut a long story short, we had a contract on our property the same day that it went live. A contract that was unconditional 3 days later.
