We had an opportunity to avail real estate services from Adam under two occasions - Buying a property and Leasing out the same property to a tenant even before the property is settled. Adam is proactive, dynamic and prompt in all the communications since day1 and he ensures you are well updated on all the options and proceedings. He is extremely knowledge and the way he operates make the whole process look very easy and flawless but I can very well understand magnitude of his hard work [not limiting to taking calls, collate details, perform checks etc], patience and involvement in making all these things possible in a short turnaround time. Very impressed with his services and recommendations so far!

Adam was excellent to deal with and provided a consistently high quality service. He was fantastic in keeping us updated with the sale progress, to the point where we didn’t have to call once to ask where things were at. His advice regarding the sales and marketing strategy for our home was thorough and effective, and as a result our property was sold within a month. We would definitely use Adam again to sell or manage our property.
